This Collaborative Governance Codex provides distinctions, thoughtmaps, thoughtware, models, tools, and processes for applied platforms that offer a digital representation of collective councils, which are a means of sovereign group decision making using consensus, voting, dynamic governance, holacracy, sociocracy, liquid democracy, or any custom combination. These templates can ultimately form a sovereign virtual courthouse, a startup or organizational ecosystem, a network of funds under common stewardship, land based networks, civic projects, and more, all that allow for complete transparency and access to public and private records.
