Protocol.Love Recommended Accountability Process

💡
See original - Protocol.Love Recommended Accountability Process v1.0 (P.LRAP)

Phase 1: Determining Accountabilities as a Council

Brainstorm as a group and write down each task that can be thought of that is needed to accomplish a given mission. Be sure to clearly define desired outputs for each task.

Phase 2: Relative Valuation of Accountabilities (RVA)

For each task in the list created in    Phase 1, identify and/or create one or more Current-Sees that are relevant to reward the contributor, and place a general metric based on time/difficulty/expertise, and pioneering (honoring earlier contributions over later) required, that is relative to other tasks to be rewarded with the same Current-Sees.

Phase 3: Task Assignments

For each task in the list created in Phase 1, allow people to volunteer to participate in the completion of the task. If volunteers are not available, nominations should be made and accepted. Consider breaking tasks down, if needed, to avoid any potential conflict that could arise in determining RCP in Phase 5, Step 1.

Phase 4: Task Completion

Task completion is completing all open tasks

Phase 5: Task output review

  1. Relative Contribution Percentage (RCP): Determine a relative contribution of each contributor to the task, as a percentage, with all contributors present and in alignment.
  2. Quality Multiplier (QM): Determine whether outputs meet the specifications from Phase 1 and assign a multiplier which can reduce or enhance the RVA.
  3. Follow Current-See Assignment procedures specified in the CFA for the specified Currency, and assign to each contributor by multiplying the RVA, the RCP, and the QM.
